I’m formulation to go on Atkins diet that is low carb diet and it’s singular to usually 20g of carbs per day.
However,i have HUGE fear of vomiting,and from what i read,some people contend they started to have revulsion after initial few days.
My doubt is:what are a chances for me to have side effects-vomiting to be precise,and how mostly is queasiness in low carb diet?
