Nutrition Plan for 5"3′ Female

Hi! I’m new to a site and forum and anticipating to get some assistance with reckoning out my diet and destiny goals.

I have been weight lifting for roughly a year looking to get to around 10% physique fat. we import 105-106 lbs though don’t know if we should concentration on gaining some-more weight or keep perplexing to remove a physique fat by zig zagging my calories (or if we should even be zig zagging calories). Just not certain where to go from here though we do know we wish my abs to uncover some-more and have reduction physique fat.
