I’m now doing The Vikings Bare Bones full physique slight as we can usually sight 3 days a week. I’m anticipating that it’s too most for me in one examination and towards a finish we have no strength. I’m also anticipating that it’s too top physique focussed and I’m a lady who wants leg and plunder gains!
I’m meditative we should change to a ppl slight or upper/lower split. Heard good things about Strong Curves.
Has anyone else been in this position and what would we recommend? we know there are stickies in a forums and I’ve review them though it’s good to hear from someone whose been in a same position.
I only wish to utilize my time in a gym a best probable approach we can.
