So I’m 5’6″ and I’ve forsaken about 60 lbs so distant given December.

I now weight 195 and we wish to get an thought of what to design once we make it to underling 150lbs.

I’m on a all pro slight now and my numbers are
Bench 185×12
Squat 270×9
OHP 115×9

Will we be one of those spare dude with no mass or are those some decent numbers to demeanour like we lift lol
