Help with macros greatfully :)

Hi all,

I’m sincerely new to lifting and I’ve started with 5×5 stronglifts. I’m removing stronger and building flesh though we wish my macros to enrich a training.

All of a macro calculator websites keep giving me opposite information and I’m removing confused!

I’m 5ft3, 55kg and we lift around 5 times a week with a occasional HIIT thrown in.

I’m now eating around 2,100 calories and roughly:
110g P
290g C
60g F

Not certain if this is off, I’m only after building gaunt flesh and I’ll eventually demeanour into bulking/cutting. Any assistance would be massively appreciated.
