Cut or bulk greatfully help

I was on this forum before looking for assistance and perceived good information, so now I’m back. we recently had my physique fat totalled and we am 196 pounds with 175 pounds of lbm. 11% physique fat. we have ratios of where a fat is distributed opposite my physique and it’s especially in a midsection. we am toned and have slight ab clarification however summer is over and we am hardly losing weight anymore. we have leaned out tremendously during this cut and a final bit of fat is not entrance off.

The doubt is.. should we bulk to put on some-more flesh to assistance bake a fat easier for subsequent cut cycle or should we keep with a cut ? I’m an endo if that means anything.
